Furnishing
All four houses have been built from natural stone. The walls are 50 centimeters thick and provide the unique, original Mediterranean dwelling climate.
The inner ceilings and the tiled roofs are from wooden beams and deals, and all floors have ceramic tiles.
Each villa has about 100 square meters of floor space and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor of each villa there is the living and dining area which includes the open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a shower bathroom.

|
On the top floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a bath tub and a hair dryer.
In Villa Portocalia, the bedroom on the ground floor has doors to the foregarden on the south side, and the master bedroom on the top floor has doors to a small balcony on the south side.
The doors of the third bedroom on the top floor open to the veranda on the sea side.

In the other three villas, the bedrooms on the ground floors have doors to balconies on the west side, and so do the third bedrooms on the top floor.
The master bedrooms on the top floor have doors to the verandas on the sea side.
All these doors are double-glazed and have modern aluminum frames and shutters.

The living areas have satellite color TV sets, DVD players and portable stereo radios.
Firewood for the open fireplaces will be available from September until April.
All four houses have internet access via ADSL WLAN (WiFi).
The bedroom walls are decorated with paintings, and the extra thick mattresses in the beds are of prime quality. Each bedroom has it's own safe deposit box.

All furniture (including the wardrobes and the bedside lockers in the bedrooms) are of old Greek style and have been bought from everywhere in the country.
They harmonize perfectly with the stone walls and wooden ceilings and support the comfortable dwelling climate in a very unique way.
The living areas and all bedrooms have separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating mode in wintertime or during chilly springtime or autumn nights.

The bathrooms have in addition electric heaters.
Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.
Each house has a washing machine. Iron and board are available, and so are baby cots and high chairs.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
